Using Pentagon could not be easier, simply follow the steps below:

1. Find your car
Search for a new, used or commercial vehicle(s) by make and model and add them to your enquiry basket. You can also enquire about vehicle finance and provide us with the details of your part exchange (if you have one that is). Alternatively you can call us on 0800 0857296 and we'll talk you through the options.


2. Processing your enquiry
Once we have received your enquiry a member of the internet sales team will liaise with your preferred branch to confirm availability and ensure all your questions are answered.

3. Appointments and test drives
At this point we will invite you to one of our branches to view and test drive the vehicle(s) of your choice.

4. Make your order
When you've decided which vehicle you want to order and how you want to finance it, all we require is a small initial deposit and then we'll do the rest.

5. Take delivery
Most people prefer to collect their new vehicle from us, but we can arrange delivery to you home or workplace if this is more convenient.

1. Part exchange (if applicable)
Due to the new government legislation, you must bring us the original V5 registration document for your part exchange, also a current MOT certificate if your vehicle is over 3 years old, any service history, book pack, radio code and spare keys.

2. Taxing your vehicle

We require an original certificate of insurance or cover note with your new vehicle registration number on it (for Business Users, ‘blanket’ policies may also be acceptable. Please ask for details). We will also need you to sign a ‘Confirmation of Registration’ form from the DVLA (which we will provide) if you are purchasing a new vehicle.

3. Pentagon finance

If you are financing the vehicle through ourselves we will need to see your original driving licence (photo card & counterpart) together with a recent utility bill in your name (gas, electric, water or home telephone bill). Please note that if the address on your driving licence is not for your current address, you should bring your passport as proof of identity. If you are having difficulty providing the required identification please contact us.

4. Other payment methods

We accept payment on the day of collection in the form of building society cheque, bankers draft, debit card or debit transfer. The maximum cash sum we can accept is dependent upon the individual site. The maximum we can accept on credit card is £500 (except GM Card). Any amount above £500 will incur a surcharge of between 1.5% and 3%. Private cheques can be accepted, but delivery will be delayed until funds have entered our bank account (normally 7 working days).
